Case study: Kcell (TeliaSonera) (2015)
"Kcell" JSC is affiliated to TeliaSonera, the largest Scandinavian telecommunications holding.
The company was established in 1998 and since February 1999 it began rendering services of cellular communication under the trade mark Kcell. Activ brand was launched in September the same year.
During 17 years working in the market, company has been expanding its network coverage.
At the end of 2014, Kcell’s 2G network covered 95.9% of the population and 46.9% of the territory of Kazakhstan, while its 3G services were available to around 70% of people, its subscriber base totalled 12 million people.

Kcell highly appraised technological possibilities it could enjoy thanks to LifeStream platform.
The objective of the project was to ensure quick and efficient integration of the platform with Kcell's systems and deliver end-to-end product for the leading mobile operator in Kazakhstan.
Solution and results:
Our team managed to build a fully functioning mobile TV service for the client within a short period of time.
One of the key goals was to integrate the platform with the client's existing billing system and provide all payment mechanisms for future TV subscribers: SMS, USSD, etc.
All project goals were fulfilled in a timely manner.
